Maine Photographics is the e-home of B T Cassaday a commercial and fine arts photographer for over 40 years. Originally a fine arts painting major at Kent State University, I finished my BFA in 1969 as a studio major in graphics. I previously lived and worked in Connecticut, Ohio, and New York. I worked for 20 years in the greater metropolitan New York market place, serving my clients needs locally and nationally. I started in studios, and worked the last 10 years as an independent freelance photographer with clients ranging from Buick/ General Motors, three railroads, IBM, magazine illustration work, and fine art photography. My Maine clients include agricultural business, boat/yacht builders, crafts artisans, construction/architectual firms, "Maine Times Magazine", and other magazine illustration, and specialty manufacturing.
 
My magazine work includes fashion, architectural, arts/crafts, automotive, catalog, equestrian, fine art, food/beverage, illustration, landscape, and stock work. I am now based in "downeast" Maine, with a studio, full lab (for silver-based imagery), and full digital capabilities. I shoot in any format from 4x5 through 35mm and digital. I provide my commercial clients with quality images in CMYK files ready for press runs and RBG files for their internet needs. I welcome the opportunity to work with any client looking for quality images and great value for their money. My commercial clients here in Maine appreciate a "big bang" for their buck.
